COVID-19 Resource Page
To better support you while our campus addresses the COVID-19 pandemic, the UWC has pulled together some resources to help you find the help you need.
One place to start is coronavirus.utexas.edu. The FAQs and Resources page provides links to useful information about ongoing university health services, counseling and mental health services, refunds and reimbursements for campus services, updates about campus operations, and definitions of terms like social distancing, monitoring, social isolation, and quarantine. It also provides a checklist (under Protect Yourself) to help you stay safe and keep others safe. The Q&A on that page can help you decide what to do if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms.
If you have concerns about financial aid, tuition, Q-drop deadlines, changing a course to P/F, meeting with your advisor, graduation, or anything related to enrollment management and student success, visit Texas One Stop, particularly this page: FAQ: COVID 19.
If you or your loved ones are looking for mental health support outside UT in the Austin community, here is a list of resources (complied summer 2019). The UWC is not connected with these providers and does not endorse them. Rates and methods of service delivery may have changed since we assembled this list.
